How a VR Birthday Party Works in Aldergrove, Langley
Searching for a VR birthday party near Aldergrove or Langley? Here's exactly how a party works with us, from the moment you arrive to the last slice of pizza, so you can plan the day without guessing.
Quick version: 2 hours at the venue, 75 minutes of free-roam VR, 30 minutes in a private lounge, and a free large pizza for every 4 players. See birthday party details and dates.
The 2-hour plan
- Arrive 15 minutes early. Setup is part of your booked time, so an early start means more time playing.
- 15 minutes of setup and safety. Our staff fit the headsets and walk everyone through the basics. Nobody needs any VR experience.
- 75 minutes of free-roam VR. No wires. Your group walks, crouches and turns for real in our arena. That's 30 more minutes of play than a regular booking.
- 30 minutes in a private lounge. Cake, pizza, presents and stories about who saved whom, with lounge seating for kids and parents.
It's your group only
Every booking is a private session for your group. You won't share the arena with strangers. We have two 700 sq ft rooms, and a party can have up to 28 players. For groups over 21, call us at (778) 743-8552 and we'll plan it with you.
Who can play?
All ages (we recommend 6+ so the headset fits well). We host kids' parties, teen parties, sweet 16s, 30ths and 40ths. If you're not sure which game suits your group, ask us when you book.
Picking games for the party
- Ghost Tower: gentle mini-games for all ages, like Ghost Hunt, fishing and a dance battle.
- Beginner escape rooms: Ninja Trials and Pirates Plague, for 2 to 12 players who like solving puzzles together.
- Co-op shooter: Safe Night Classic is one button to play and takes 1 to 14 players on the same team.
- Versus: Shmooter is cartoon team-against-team battles across both rooms.
Food, cake and drinks
Every party gets 1 free large (14") pizza per 4 players, cheese or pepperoni. You're welcome to bring your own food, with no fee. Ice-cream cake and drinks are sold separately if you'd rather not carry a cake in.
What it costs
Each player pays our regular per-person rate, plus a flat $100 party package fee per party, plus tax. Per player starts at $29.99. A $50 deposit holds your party and goes toward the bill. If you reschedule, it becomes a credit. If you cancel, it isn't refunded. The balance is paid after the session.
