Choosing a Kids' Birthday Party Venue: Questions to Ask
Planning a kids' birthday party? Before you book any venue, ask these questions. Here's each one, with our answer, so you can compare at a glance.
Quick version: a private session for your group, 2 hours at the venue, up to 28 players and a free large pizza for every 4 players. See birthday party details and dates.
1. Is it just our group?
Yes. Every booking is a private session for your group. No strangers join your game.
2. How long is the party?
2 hours at the venue:
- 15 minutes of setup and safety
- 75 minutes of free-roam VR, no wires
- 30 minutes in a private lounge for cake, pizza and presents
Please arrive 15 minutes early.
3. How many kids can come?
Up to 28 players. For groups over 21, call us at (778) 743-8552 and we'll plan it with you.
4. What age is it for?
All ages (we recommend 6+ so the headset fits well). No VR experience needed. Setup and safety are part of the party.
5. Can we bring food and cake?
Yes, with no fee. Every party also gets 1 free large (14") pizza per 4 players, cheese or pepperoni. Ice-cream cake and drinks are sold separately.
6. What will the kids play?
Our Ghost Tower adventure games are gentle mini-games for all ages, like Ghost Hunt, fishing and a dance battle. Puzzle fans can try a Beginner escape room. Not sure? Ask us when you book.
7. What does it cost? Is there a deposit?
- Each player pays our regular per-person rate, from $29.99.
- Plus a flat $100 party package fee, plus tax.
- A $50 deposit holds your date and goes toward the balance.
- Reschedule and it becomes a credit. Cancel and it isn't refunded.
- You pay the balance after the session.

8. Where do parents sit?
