Planning a Birthday Party Near Langley and Abbotsford

Planning a birthday party in Langley or Abbotsford and want something the kids will talk about for weeks? Another World VR is in Aldergrove, in the Township of Langley, at 3078 275 St. Here's a simple plan, from booking to the last slice of pizza.

Quick version: 2 hours at the venue, 75 minutes of free-roam VR, a private session for your group of up to 24 players, and 1 free pizza for every 4 players. See birthday party dates and details.

Step 1: Pick your day and time

We run every day from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, closed Christmas Day. Monday to Thursday parties use our lower weekday rates; Friday to Sunday and stat holidays use weekend rates.

Step 2: Count your players

Every booking is a private session for your group only, with up to 24 players. Have more than 24? Call us at (778) 743-8552 and we'll plan it with you. All ages can play (we recommend 6+ so the headset fits well), and no VR experience is needed.

Step 3: Book with a $50 deposit

Choose a time on the Party Calendar on our birthday page, or call us. A $50 deposit holds your party and goes toward the bill. If you reschedule, it becomes a credit; if you cancel, it isn't refunded. The balance is paid after the session.

Step 4: Sort out the food

Every party gets 1 free pizza for every 4 players, cheese or pepperoni. You're welcome to bring your own food with no fee. Drinks and ice-cream cake are sold separately.

Step 5: Party day

• Arrive 15 minutes early. Setup is part of your booked time.
• 15 minutes of setup and safety. Our staff fit the headsets and walk everyone through it. No wires.
• 75 minutes of free-roam VR. Escape rooms, adventure games or a friendly team battle.
• 30 minutes in a private lounge. Pizza, cake and presents, with lounge seating for kids and parents.

What it costs

Each player pays our per-person rate, plus a flat $100 party fee per party, plus tax:

• Monday to Thursday: $44.99 per adult (14+); students and kids 13 and under $29.99
• Friday to Sunday and stat holidays: $49.99 per adult; students and kids $39.99
